Shipping Policy.
We use Royal Mail to deliver our goods.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Delivery times will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Additional Shipping Options
We offer the following UK delivery options at checkout:
- Standard delivery (2–4 business days) – £3.95
- Tracked 24 Hour Delivery (1–2 business days) – £5.95
Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £60.
If something happens which is outside of our control and affects the estimated date of delivery, we will let you know and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the goods will take place when we deliver them to the address you provided. If nobody is available to take delivery, please email us at hello@creeklifestyle.co.uk.
Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days, we will let you know, cancel your order, and issue a refund.
You are responsible for the goods once delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the goods passes to you when you take possession of them.
