If you change your mind, you can return the unused items and receive a refund. This does not apply to personalised goods, other than those which are faulty. If the packaging containing your goods is damaged, be sure to take pictures of the packaging before opening it and send to us at You must inform us of your intention to return the unused goods within 14 days the day after you have received them. Here is what you need to do:

Contact our customer service team at with your order number and which products you wish to return. Send your product back to us which we must receive within 14 days of you notifying us of your wish to cancel. You must bear the cost of the return and we recommend you obtain proof of delivery. If the product is returned in the condition it was sent to you, we will refund you. For items to be considered to be in the condition in which they were sent out, they must be returned in a saleable condition complete with their original packaging and any promotional items associated to the purchase.
