  6. To redeem this 20% discount offer against a purchase, the customer may only choose from full-price products and products available in stock at the time of the transaction.

  16. To request a refund for any products purchased under the terms of this discount offer, all the following conditions will apply:
  • The products must be returned to Creek, Maritime Yard, Westgate Street, Blakeney, Norfolk, NR25 7NQ, within the period specified in the terms and conditions shown on the Creek website, for a refund to be processed.
  • The customer will bear the cost of postage and packaging to return the item(s).
  • All original packaging, labelling and seals on the products must be intact and as received by the customer. All products must be in resaleable condition.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. The customer should use a signed-for postal or courier service to return the goods.
  • Only the original method of payment used by the customer when purchasing products using this discount offer code must be used for the purposes of processing the refund.
  • Only the original purchaser of the products can return them for a refund.
