Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoters: This giveaway is hosted jointly by Creek Lifestyle

(@creeklifestyleuk) and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary (@cornishsealsanctuary).

2. The Prize:

One winner will receive:

  • 1 x Inky Seals Apron
  • 1 x Inky Seals Tea Towel
  • 1 x Inky Seals Oven Glove
  • 2 x Inky Seals Fine Bone China Mugs
  • 1 x Family Day Ticket to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary (valid for 2 adults & 2

children OR 1 adult & 3 children)

3. The Ticket Terms:

  • The Cornish Seal Sanctuary family ticket must be used within 12 months of the issue date.
  • No cash alternative will be offered.
  • The ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Entry Dates:

  • The giveaway opens on 18 July 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 21

July 2025.

  • Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

6. Eligibility:

  • Open worldwide, but please note that the Cornish Seal Sanctuary ticket is

valid for use at the site in Cornwall, UK only.

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over
  • No purchase necessary.

7. Winner Selection:

  • One winner will be chosen at random and announced on 22 July 2025 via

Instagram Stories and contacted via direct message by @creeklifestyleuk.

  • The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If no response is

received, a new winner will be selected.

8. Delivery:

  • Physical prizes will be shipped directly to the winner. Shipping costs will be

covered by the promoters. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

9. General:

  • This competition is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by

Instagram.

  • By entering, you confirm that you release Instagram of any responsibility and

agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

  • The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway

at any time without notice.
